Very close to JR Hakodate station.
So you can take a walk and reach there.
Here was a market for both citizen and travellers in 20th century.
But recentry, price will be up and I can't recommend to buy many here.
Of course, all things are cheaper than Sapporo city.
But there are some in Hakodate, cheaper than this morning market.
